Scapes: Images of Time and Place
September 19 - December 10, 2005

The Museum features this 2nd Term an exhibit titled Scapes: Images of Time and Place. An exhibition of artworks from the Wili and Doreen Fernandez Art Collection with traditional and urban landscapes - lake, river, sea, mountain, hill, garden, city, street, etc. - as subjects. It shows works from realistic to abstract interpretations in drawings, prints, and paintings.

Included in the exhibit are works by Federico Alcuaz, Virgilio Aviado, Manuel Baldemor, Santiago Bose, Bencab, Ibarra Dela Rosa, Edgar Doctor, Jose Joya, Lao Lian Ben, Cesar Legaspi, Mauro Malang Santos, Vicente Manansala, Justin Nuyda, Rodolfo Ragodon, Alfredo Roces, Juvenal Sanso, Lino Severino, Nestor Vinluan, Romeo Tabuena, Hugo Yonzon, Jr., and Zalameda.

Also part of the exhibit are black and white digital landscape images (photo compositions printed on 224 cm x 61 cm Epson paper) - a moved-over exhibit, by 60 artists from six (6) cities - Bangkok, Berlin, Los Angeles, London, Manila, and Saigon.
